On 6 APR 17 John Hansen, President of the Shuswap Rotary Club, and Wes Groen, President of the Salmon Arm Daybreak Rotary Club, presented $10,000 cheques to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation in support of the Foundation’s fund raising efforts for the two designated palliative beds now operational at the hospital. Doug Murray accepted the cheques on behalf of the Foundation. When coupled with $5,000 contributed to the palliative beds fundraiser by the Salmon Arm Rotary Club, today’s contribution brings total Rotary support for the palliative beds to $25,000.
